What we collect when you visit this site or get in touch, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Studio Ferro (“we”, “us”), an independent brand and digital design studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this site. It is a general template — please have it reviewed by your legal adviser and adapted to the laws that apply to you before publishing.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a project inquiry or email us we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, budget range, timeline and a description of your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect standard technical data — pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address — through privacy-respecting analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To keep records of our client relationships and projects.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your information for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a design studio and responding to prospective clients, on the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and — for optional analytics cookies — on your consent.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the studio and this website (hosting, email, form processing and analytics), under agreements that restrict how they may use it, and where required by law.
6. Retention
Inquiry details are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to three years afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. Client project records are kept for the duration of our legal and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are protected against automated abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
